Are you having trouble logging in to ChurchHub after our recent changes? Try the below steps – this fixes 90% of issues.
For Chrome (you can search for similar instructions for other browsers, though we do recommend Chrome or Edge for the best experience).
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the three dots for More > Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range. We suggest Last 4 weeks or All Time.
- Select the types of information you want to remove. (We suggest you choose “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”)
- Click Clear data.
Once you have completed these steps, please close and re-open your browser, and try the new log-in process again.
