New Login Quick Fix

Are you having trouble logging in to ChurchHub after our recent changes? Try the below steps – this fixes 90% of issues.

For Chrome (you can search for similar instructions for other browsers, though we do recommend Chrome or Edge for the best experience).

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the three dots for More > Clear browsing data.
  3. Choose a time range. We suggest Last 4 weeks or All Time.
  4. Select the types of information you want to remove. (We suggest you choose “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”)
  5. Click Clear data.

Once you have completed these steps, please close and re-open your browser, and try the new log-in process again.
