This enhancement has always been part of the ChurchHub plan and the development has been in the works for some time now. We are pleased to provide access to this new function as of July 1.
The separate username for Search Teams means that they will have their own separate access to ChurchHub and they will no longer need to share a username/password with the Admin contact.
Once all Search Teams have been onboarded to ChurchHub, only they will have access to the “Find a new Minister” tile and be able to view the names and profiles of Available Ministers.
We have always been committed to ensuring that the list of available Ministers is treated confidentially and this new ChurchHub function reflects our next step in that commitment.
The process for adding the role of Search Team is simple. Beginning July 2, Community of Faith administrators will be able to add this role via the existing “Officers and Roles” tile in ChurchHub. The steps are described in detail in the “Creating a Search Team Role on ChurchHub” document, found under downloads on the ChurchHub information page.
